Plastic Geogrid

HX® Geogrid is a two-dimensional grid or a three-dimensional grid screen with a certain height made of polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride and other high molecular polymers that are thermoplastic or molded. It is often used as reinforcement for reinforced soil structures or reinforcement for composite materials.

Warp-Knitted Polyester Geogrid

HX® Warp-knitted polyester geogrid is made of high-strength and high-tensile modulus industrial polyester filament, which is oriented warp-knitted to form a grid fabric. The geogrid formed by coating is known as "fiber soft steel bar". Warp-Knitted Polyester geogrid is a type of geosynthetic material that is made from high-strength polyester fibers. These fibers are knitted or woven together to form a grid-like structure that provides reinforcement and stabilization to soil, rock, or other materials. Polyester geogrids are commonly used in construction and civil engineering projects to improve the strength and stability of roads, retaining walls, slopes, and other structures. They are resistant to chemical and biological degradation, making them durable and long-lasting. Additionally, polyester geogrids have high tensile strength and low elongation, allowing them to effectively distribute loads and reduce deformation in the soil.

Uniaxial Plastic Geogrid

HX® Geogrid is a main geosynthetic material, compared with other geosynthetics, it has unique performance and efficacy. It is often used as reinforcement for reinforced soil structures or reinforcement for composite materials. Geogrids are divided into four categories: plastic geogrids, steel-plastic geogrids, glass fiber geogrids and polyester warp-knitted polyester geogrids. The grid is a two-dimensional grid or a three-dimensional grid screen with a certain height made of polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride and other polymers through thermoplastic or molded. When used as a civil engineering, it is called geotechnical grille.

Biaxially Stretched HDPE Geogrid

HX® Biaxially Stretched Plastic geogrids are made of polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE) as raw materials through plasticizing, extruding plates, punching, heating, longitudinal stretching, and transverse stretching. PP biaxial geogrid is a versatile geosynthetic with excellent reinforcement and stabilization properties. It has high tensile strength, durability and interlocking structure, suitable for a variety of civil engineering applications. Whether it is road construction, slope stabilization, landfill projects or coastal protection, PP biaxial geogrid is an effective solution to enhance soil stability and extend the life of infrastructure projects.
