1. Material and structure
HDPE geomembrane: HDPE geomembrane is a waterproof barrier material produced with (medium) high-density polyethylene resin as raw material. It is also called high-density polyethylene membrane and HDPE anti-seepage membrane. It has excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking, low temperature, aging and corrosion, as well as a large operating temperature range and a long service life.
EPDM waterproof membrane: EPDM waterproof membrane is a polymer synthetic material made of EPDM rubber (ethylene-propylene-diene monomer M grade rubber). It has excellent fire resistance, acid and alkali resistance, UV resistance and other characteristics.

2. Performance characteristics
HDPE geomembrane:
It has a high anti-seepage coefficient and good anti-seepage performance.
It has good heat resistance and cold resistance, and a wide range of ambient temperature (-70℃~110℃).
It has good chemical stability and can resist corrosion from strong acids, alkalis and oils.
It has high tensile strength and high tensile strength, which can meet the needs of high-standard engineering projects.
It has strong weather resistance and excellent anti-aging performance, and can be used for a long time in a bare environment while maintaining stable performance.
EPDM waterproof membrane:
It can be used in a temperature range of -50℃ to +120℃, with a service life of up to 30 years.
It has excellent heat resistance, ozone resistance, weather resistance, as well as resistance to hot water, steam, detergents and polar organic solvents.

3. Construction and application
HDPE geomembrane: HDPE geomembrane is easy to cut, lay and fix, and is easy to construct, which can greatly improve construction efficiency and reduce engineering costs. It is widely used in anti-seepage projects such as domestic waste landfill anti-seepage, solid waste landfill anti-seepage, sewage treatment plant anti-seepage, artificial lake anti-seepage, tailings treatment, etc.
EPDM waterproof membrane: EPDM waterproof membrane is easy to construct and can be prefabricated on site to shorten the engineering cycle. It is often used in various occasions that require high weather resistance and waterproof performance, such as roof waterproofing, basement waterproofing, etc.

4. Price and cost performance
Generally speaking, the price of HDPE geomembrane is relatively low, and due to its excellent performance and long service life, it has a high cost performance.
Although the price of EPDM waterproof membrane may be slightly higher, its excellent weather resistance and waterproof performance have also won it a wide range of applications.
