Geomembrane nitrogen roughening technology significantly improves the performance of geomembrane by increasing the friction coefficient and traction, enabling it to perform well in multiple fields and has broad market prospects.
Nitrogen roughening of geomembrane is a geomembrane made by nitrogen roughening technology. Its production principle is to apply a layer of nitrogen roughening coating on the surface of general geomembrane to increase the friction coefficient and traction of the membrane material, thereby improving the waterproof, anti-seepage, anti-corrosion and vibration isolation properties of the geomembrane.
The production process of nitrogen roughening of geomembrane mainly includes the following steps:
1. Blow molding process: adopt three-layer co-extrusion process, that is, there are three barrels for feeding, two barrels are responsible for the two sides, and one barrel is responsible for the middle of the membrane. Through nitrogen roughening technology, one-time molding, the entire rough surface and geomembrane will not fall off, with high safety factor and strong anti-slip performance.
2. Calendering secondary roughening process: spray rough particles on the smooth surface of geomembrane to roughen the surface of geomembrane, without destroying the structure of geomembrane, and ensuring its physical properties.
Geomembrane nitrogen roughening has the following performance characteristics:
1. High friction coefficient: The rough surface structure increases the friction coefficient and traction of the geomembrane, and improves the anti-slip performance of the geomembrane on the slope.
2. Heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance and chemical resistance: Compared with ordinary geomembranes, nitrogen roughened geomembranes have better heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance and chemical resistance.
3. Physical properties: Physical properties such as breaking strength, breaking elongation, yield strength, elongation and puncture resistance are better than ordinary geomembranes.
Application fields
Geomembrane nitrogen roughening has been widely used in modern construction, electricity, transportation, water conservancy and other fields. Specific applications include:
Waterproof and anti-seepage: Applied in tunnels, basements, reservoirs, water conservancy projects and other places.
Anti-corrosion: Applied in chemical plants, sewage treatment plants, power plants, landfills and other places. Building sound insulation and heat insulation: Also widely used in the construction field.
