How to use the impeller aerator?

The impeller aerator is a widely used pond fish farming machine. It oxygenates and aerates the water through impeller stirring and other methods, improves water quality, and thus promotes fish growth and increases production. The following is the use of the impeller aerator:
1. Installation and preparation
Choose a location: Choose a stable and easy-to-operate location to install the aerator. Make sure there are no sharp objects or obstacles at the installation location to avoid damage to the equipment.
Fix the equipment: The aerator is subject to large torque during operation and must be installed firmly. Use a locking clamp to fix the cable to the rack to prevent the cable from being subjected to tension or being pulled as a rope to avoid poor contact of the wire ends.
Protective cover installation: Install the protective cover correctly to prevent the electrical circuit from being wetted by water. At the same time, pay attention to protecting the junction box to prevent water splashing and causing leakage or short circuit accidents.
Check the power supply: Before starting, check whether the power supply and cable are connected normally, and whether the motor and impeller are operating normally.
2. Launching and operation
Launching method: When launching the aerator, the unit should be moved into the water in a horizontal or nearly horizontal state to prevent the lubricating oil in the reduction box from overflowing from the vent. At the same time, it is strictly forbidden for the motor to come into contact with water to prevent the motor from being burned due to water immersion.
Installation depth: The installation depth of the aerator should make the "waterline" mark on the impeller flush with the water surface. If there is no mark, its upper end surface should be flush with the water surface to prevent the motor from being burned due to excessive water entry and motor overload.
Start-up observation: When starting, pay attention to the operation of the aerator. If there are reverse rotation, abnormal noise, unstable vibration and other phenomena, the machine should be stopped immediately and restarted after troubleshooting.
Adjust oxygen output: When using, the amount of oxygen should be selected according to the water temperature and fish species. Generally speaking, a higher amount of oxygen is required when the water temperature is low. The adjustment of the amount of oxygen can be achieved by increasing the speed or increasing the air inlet.
3. Operation and maintenance
Cleaning attachments: Remove attachments on the impeller at any time to keep the impeller in the best working condition.
Pay attention to noise: Pay attention to whether the noise of the impeller aerator is too loud and whether there is too much oxygen retention. The equipment can be maintained by regularly cleaning carbonized materials and dirt.
Power-off inspection: Be sure to shut down and cut off the power supply when checking and troubleshooting.
Seasonal use: When working below 0℃, ice on the machine should be removed. At the same time, the startup time should be flexibly controlled according to the season, water quality and weather changes.
4. Precautions
Avoid people and animals from approaching: During operation, pay attention to people and animals not approaching the impeller of the aerator to prevent them from being injured by the impeller.
Choose the right startup time: Generally, the machine is started in the early morning, noon and 3 to 5 pm, which has a better effect. At the same time, it is also more appropriate to start the impeller aerator between 6 pm and 6 am the next day, because the temperature is lower at night, the dissolved oxygen content in the water body is higher, and the effect of the aerator is relatively obvious. In addition, starting the machine for about 1 hour at noon on a sunny day in summer can play a role in stirring water and improving water quality; on rainy days, it can be started for 1 hour at night.
Cable protection: The wires from the fish pond aerator to the knife switch must be cables produced by regular manufacturers to ensure safe use of electricity.
